I love teaching this class and seeing clients fall in love with the benefits of moving their body.  If you can’t face the gym but want to improve your fitness,  this is a great place to be.

What will we do?

45 minutes of a   ‘Sammie super mix’ including weights, resistance, games, core, strength, conditioning, balance, coordination and fun. The exercises are low impact, but designed to get you fitter stronger and improve your bone health.  Only those with a sense of humour and a willingness to try need attend.

I bring along a fun variety of small equipment.  Eventually you will need a pair of dumbbells, between 1-2 kg each and a mat. I usually have a couple sets available to borrow.
