I wanted to share some of the simple recipes my family and I enjoy so that other people could benefit from a simpler, cleaner lifestyle, and hopefully, start to notice their own health benefits.
Many moons ago, I was quite ill with monthly visits to the Doctor for yet more pills, and yet more referrals. I seemed to be given a new diagnosis , another label, another condition, everytime I went. I had reached a point where I just couldn’t face daily life as it was, too much pain to function and too tired to be bothered about joining in with living, rattling full of pills, so I started to take a more holistic approach.
I have been interested in food, nutrition and health for over 20 years, trying to fine tune my nutrition to improve my health.
I am not a nutritionalist, just a Mum, Pilates & Health Coach, passionate about food, nutrition and health, doing her best to help others. Having been historically very unwell with with Rheumatoid Arthritis I want everyone to help everyone make the most of their health.
I spend my days coaching people with health and fitness and ran my first trial program through August. I am so pleased to be able to help others make positive changes.
