If you have been referred to start Pilates, or you are working with injury or disability, it is advisable to book a private session before you book into a class, where possible. This is the safest way to proceed and I would always recommend this route.
During our 60 minute session you will give you time to discuss any specific medial information. We can then structure exercises , and modify them to suit your bodies needs.
Quite often clients only ever have one private session, and then join a class, it all depends on your situation. Some clients choose to continue for term or so and then feel more confident in their own ability to join in with a group.
If you would like regular sessions I would recommend booking a package of 4 sessions. If you require the same time each week please email me to confirm availability.
