Personal training is all about you, what your body and mind need at this time. Some clients prefer personal training to build confidence before coming to a class, to reach specific goals, or to aid rehabilitaion following a period of inactivity.
If a medical professional has suggested you start Pilates, or you are working with injury or disability it is advisable to book a private session before you book into a class, where possible. This is the safest way to proceed and I would always recommend this route.
During our 60 minute session you will give you time to discuss any specific medial information. We can then structure exercises , and modify them to suit your bodies needs.
Quite often clients only ever have one private session, and then join a class, it all depends on your situation. Some clients choose to continue for term or so and then feel more confident in their own ability to join in with a group.
