Heard about the classes by word of mouth, thoroughly enjoy Sammie’s classes, I wish I didn’t miss so many!  I keep up by doing one or two classes in London per week. I do enjoy the variety of the classes, not just doing the same thing each week.

I love my Thursday am class – I miss it in the holidays and my body certainly does. It has been great this summer to have some maintenance classes in BN with a varied programme to keep on top of things. Would love a fitness class in BN ….

Superb teacher. Constant reminders about muscles and posture are brilliant. Keeps classes interesting with variations. Checks we are doing exercises right. All above sets her apart as a superb teacher

I would like to see a small print out of basic exercises that could be done daily for about 20min . It is more convenient than having them on line. Speaking for myself I would be happy to pay for printing etc

Found Sammie by chance as she took over the running of someone going on maternity cover. Love her in depth knowledge, very clear instructions and the benefits the exercise give. Would love to have a venue nearer all of us who live nearer Cattistock/Evershot/Beaminster! possible!? Any chance of doing a weight class with exercise once a week!?

Classes are excellent! Inclusive but individual needs recognised. Stimultaing but not too difficult. Fun and light-hearted but professional and effective. A great way to start the week!

Sammie is a fabulous, thorough teacher with huge enthusiasm to help us understand the different exercises. The continued size of the classes is testimony to now popular she is. I can’t think it is necessary to change a thing as she constantly updates the lessons and talks through the positions for the whole hour. Brilliant.

The Pilates class I originally attended changed the time of the class, which I was unable to attend I found out about Sammie’s classes in the village newsletter, I was worried about the change but I find the classes excellent, Sammie is a superb instructor and is always alert to everybody’s individual problems, and will always give alternative exercise. Can’t think of any improvements as Sammie seems to have it all covered.

Sammie is knowledgeable and a very good teacher. There is no soft option, she takes care to correct you if you are not doing an exercise correctly. I don’t always appreciate being pushed but appreciate the benefits it gives.
